Both scheduled and On-Demand XpoCast presentations for Live, Pre-Recorded audio and video versions as well as Pre-Recorded with Live Q&A can all be delivered through the Intelli-Theater. For each presentation, sponsorship branding can be easily applied as well as branding of the Intelli-Theater itself, using the provided templates.
Chat Before or After the Show?
Intelli-Theater is engaging by including pre and post-event activities like: group chat, one-to-one chat, blogging, a speaker or sponsors’ booth and more. These interactions will keep your audience participating for an extended period of time, which increases their knowledge and strengthens their grade as a qualified lead.
For example, prior to the start of a scheduled webcast, attendees can participate in a group chat. Then, when the presentation begins, the platform automatically closes the chat and re-directs the audience to the webcast. After the webcast, the XpoCast can route the audience to areas like: a Booth, Group Chat, Blogs, the Lounge or Surveys. In addition, attendees can interact with each other through one-to-one chat and e-mail.
